We are able, as a fee-based service, to efficiently and competently perform all tasks related to loan servicing. SAFE-BIDCO’s loan servicing includes:
- Document recording
- Covenent & insurance tracking
- Loan servicing actions, i.e. billing and payment collection
- Loan disbursement histories.
- Coordinating collection and liquidation efforts.
- Maintaining segregated depository accounts for multi-fund programs.
- Monitoring use of loan program proceeds
- Reporting on loan data as required under program guidelines
